The GTO shaft is similar dimensions to the F-body for overall length. Also, this conversion involves sourcing the LS style mid plate and the F-body tail housing. Since in your other post you said it came from a 96-97 F body it is an LT1 unit. LT1 T56 can use all factory LT1 parts other than the flywheel, unless you have a one piece rear seal 350 block.
